Information Required

Be ready! Prepare the following information:

  • Your complete financial statements for the past three years (if possible) and the most recent quarterly statements;
  • A copy of your lease or details on property included in the sale;
  • A complete list of business assets: furniture, fixtures, equipment, vehicles, etc... to be included in the purchase price and the estimated fair value or the value used for the replacement of each element;
  • A summary of existing equipment financing and leasing agreements (if any);
  • The value of the inventory;
  • Copies of all franchise agreements (UFOC if applicable).

A brief company history

  • Information about your products and services, how you market and to whom;
  • Information about your industry, company history, competitors, growth potential, etc...;
  • Any other information you think would be helpful in presenting your company;
  • Copies of your promotional material.
